- Scheduled-plan context is not fully extracted.
- Insider role context depends on fields present in imported filings.
- Source hashes identify bytes processed by Headless Records, not SEC-signed data.
- API availability depends on the hosted service being live.
- Payment enforcement is not yet active.
- Partner-specific watchlists are future work.
- MCP is local stdio only.
- The API is non-advisory and does not provide price predictions or investment recommendations.
